Most certainly! Life happens and we totally understand when you may need to take a break.
To suspend orders, we currently have two options:
Skip: You can choose to bypass an upcoming delivery as needed. Please note that skipping an order will not alter your monthly dues. If you prefer to defer your delivery instead, just let us know.
Service Hold: With this option, you can suspend orders for several weeks or even a few months at a time but, at the end of the hold period, your orders will restart automatically.
To request any pause in regular service, please submit your request to our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org by Friday at noon (PST) the week before your delivery.
