How to Redeem Your Seedling Credits

Seedling credits make it easy to get started with your plants. Follow the steps below based on how and where you purchased your kit.



Before You Start (Important)

  • You may be asked to create an account or login while redeeming credits. You must be logged in for credits to appear at checkout

  • Once redeemed, credits are tied to an email address.


 

For purchases on LETTUCEGROW.COM, COSTCO.COM & INSTAGRAM

Credits are automatically linked to your email

Your seedling credits are already linked to your email, no redemption code is needed!

How to Redeem

  1. Go to https://www.lettucegrow.com/pages/get-plants

  2. If you are not already logged in, you will be asked to log in to your account. Use the same email address used to place your original purchase.

  3. Add seedlings to your cart

  4. Proceed to checkout

  5. Credits apply automatically. No code required. Your total should be reduced or brought to $0.

  6. Complete your order. Simply click Complete Order.

You’re all set!

Need to use a different email?
If you’d like your credits moved to another email address, please contact us directly, and we’ll be happy to transfer them for you.


 

For purchases on COSTCO (Physical Store), TIKTOK & AMAZON 

Your Credits are in a code

For these purchases, credits are applied to your Lettuce Grow account after redeeming a code.

How to Redeem

  1. Go to https://www.lettucegrow.com/pages/get-plants and select where you purchased your system

  2. You will be asked to sign in or create an account on our website or mobile browser

  3. Enter the redemption code:

    • Costco customers: Use the discount code provided inside the box on the sheet "how to get your seedlings."

    • TikTok & Amazon customers: Use your order number as the code

  4. Add seedlings to your cart

  5. Proceed to checkout

  6. Confirm credits are applied—your total should be reduced or brought to $0

  7. Complete your order

If you’ve entered the code correctly and credits don’t apply or you don't see the discount being applied, please contact us directly so we can help right away.



For your Counterstand

If you selected “Choose Later” for seedlings:

  • Redeem your credits using the steps above, depending on where you purchased your Counterstand.

If you selected pre-selected seedlings:

  • Your seedlings will ship automatically once your Counterstand is delivered; no action is needed.



Redeem in the Lettuce Grow app

Seedling credits can be redeemed and used in the Lettuce Grow app.

 
For iPhone you can find our app in the AppStore

For Android you can find the app at the PlayStore

Credits are automatically linked to your email

  1. Log in to your account in the app. Be sure to use the same email that you used to purchase.

  2. If your system is already added to your account, the credits are linked to your account. You will see your seedlings balance in My Garden section.

  3. Tap ORDER SEEDLINGS

FOR PURCHASES ON COSTCO (Physical Store), TIKTOK & AMAZON
Your Credits are in a code

For these purchases, credits are applied to your Lettuce Grow after redeeming a code. 

  1. Create an account or log in to your account in the app.

  2. In the “My Garden” section click on “Add a growing system” 

  3. On the “Where did you make your purchase?” screen select where you bought your unit. 

  4. In the following screen you will have to use your code or order number in order to get your seedling credits added in your account.

  5. You will see your seedlings balance in My Garden section.

  6. Press ORDER SEEDLINGS.
