Wild Greens Tea Blend 𖧧 - Lettuce Grow

The fresh start.

FOUNDATION 𖧧 · READY IN 8 WEEKS

Your garden makes tea now. Snip a small handful of herbs, steep them fresh, and sip something no tea bag can touch. Fresh herbs brew brighter and more aromatic, with flavor straight from the garden.

The Blend

4 parts dandelion · 2 parts nasturtium · 1 part stevia

We measure in parts so the blend scales with you. Whether you're making one mug or a full pot, just keep the same ratio. The exact amounts for one 14 oz brew are below. Flowers are counted by the head, not spooned.

Dandelion leaf is bracing and frankly bitter, nasturtium adds a peppery edge, and stevia softens it all. One part stevia is all it takes to turn four parts dandelion into a cup you'll actually finish.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp dandelion leaves, roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp nasturtium leaves, plus 2–3 flowers
  • 1½ tsp stevia leaves

Instructions

How to Brew

SNIP

Harvest the herbs and roughly tear or chop the leaves to release their aromatic oils. Add the nasturtium flowers whole.

STEEP

Add herbs to your infuser and pour in water just off the boil. Cover and steep for 5 minutes. Steep longer for more bite.

SIP

Strain and enjoy warm.

In the Cup

Bright and green with a peppery edge. Naturally sweetened, no sugar needed.

Good for Your Plants

Harvest dandelion leaves only and leave the roots in place, so the plant keeps growing for your next cup.
