I love how it’s easy to remove these. If you don’t have them when you try to remove a plant you end up ripping out the other roots to other plants that are growing together and then they die. But with these gross leaves, it’s super easy and doesn’t destroy any roots to the surrounding plants.

I wanted these for the cleanliness factor but honestly they make the sound of the water flow SO much quieter too. So for that reason alone they are worth every penny. I haven't yet felt I needed to trim the roots as some people have claimed you need to do if you use the sleeves but we are on week three so if I have to trim roots then I will and would still feel it was worth it to have these sleeves.
