Information You Provide to Us
We may collect information from you when you register on our site, subscribe to a newsletter, make a purchase, respond to a survey, fill out a form, enter other information on our site, or subscribe to our Services. In these instances, you provide us your name, email address, password to register with us.
When you place an order for Services, our third party payment provider will collect payment information in order to process the transaction. For online payments, we use the payment services of Stripe. We do not process, record, or maintain your credit card information. When you post content, the information contained in your posting will be stored in our servers.
We retain information on your behalf, including but not limited to messages you send, using your account.
Information Automatically Collected
When you use our Services, some information is automatically collected. For example, when you use our Services, your geographic location, how you use the Services, information about the type of device you use, your mobile network information, your Open Device Identification Number ("ODIN"), date/time stamps for your visit, your unique device identifier ("UDID"), and your browser type, operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) address, and domain name are all collected. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers. All payments for orders are processed through our third party payment provider Stripe, and all payment method information is is processed, recorded, and maintained by Stripe. You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser settings. Since each browser is a little different, look at your browser's Help Menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies.
If you turn cookies off, some features will be disabled. Some of the features that make your site experience more efficient and may not function properly, like automatic login.
How we work with third parties We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personal information unless we provide users with advance notice. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release information when it's required to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property or safety. We do collect "aggregate data", which is group data with no personal identifiers. We use aggregate data to help us understand how the site is being used, improve its usability, and enhance the quality and availability of the Services we offer. Google & Tracking We use Google Analytics and may use other analytics tracking and on our website and applications. We may leverage analytics, web beacons, and tracking data to serve targeted ads about our services.
Users can visit our site anonymously. We also honor Do Not Track signals and do not leverage cookies or use advertising when a Do Not Track (DNT) browser mechanism is in place.
COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)
We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from someone under the age of thirteen, we will remove that child’s personal information from our database.

Communication via SMS text
In addition to email, we can send SMS text messages to phone numbers to alert customers or potential customers of service appointments, deliveries, sales, events, and other communications. Recipients of SMS text messages can opt out at any time by contacting customer service or responding "STOP" to the generated SMS text message.
