In this jewel-toned smoothie, green tea puts a little pep in your step, so make this a go-to on morning’s when you want to skip coffee. Any greens you have on hand disappear into sweet mixed berries, making this a tween-friendly option for both snack time and breakfast.
greens (baby lettuces, spinach, kale)
berries (blackberries, strawberries, blueberries), frozen
green tea, brewed & cooled
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
