INGREDIENTS

dandelion greens

1 c

water

INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1

Wash and chop dandelion greens, removing any tough stems.

Step 2

Place greens in blender with 1 cup of water.

Step 3

Blend until smooth.

Step 4

Pour into ice cube tray and freeze until solid.

Step 5

Store cubes in a freezer safe sealed container or zip-top bag and toss into smoothies.
