As far as life-hacks go, this one's a no-brainer.
The only way to make your morning breakfast routine more efficient would be to drink this in the shower. Why not? You be you - we won't tell. On Sunday evening, pack these babies up in freezer-safe cups then in the morning, dump the contents into a blender with a splash of almond milk. When blended, pour it back into the cup and congratulate yourself for completing your first genius move of the week.
any greens (baby lettuces, spinach, kale)
Himalayan pink salt
Set out 6 freezer safe cups.
Into each cup, place 1/2 banana, cut into chunks, 1/2 pear, cut into chunks, 1 tablespoon almond butter, a small pinch of salt, and 2/3 cup greens. Cover cups and place in freezer.
When you're ready for a smoothie, grab a cup from the freezer, dump the content into a blender, add 1 cup almond milk and blend until smooth. Pour back into the cup and head out the door!
