INGREDIENTS

mint leaves from your Farmstand

2 tbsp

lemon juice

1 tbsp

honey or sugar

3 tbsp

run or sparkling water

3/4 c

sparkling water

ice

INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1

Harvest the mint from your Farmstand.

Step 2

Using a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves, honey or sugar, and lemon juice.

Step 3

Add the rum, sparkling water and ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.

Step 4

To serve, fill a glass cup 3 quarters of the way with ice and pour in your mixture from the shaker.

Step 5

Garnish with a lemon wedge and more mint from your Farmstand.
