RED CLOUD TATSOI OVERVIEW

Nutrient-packed, tender, and your wok's new best friend, it's also right at home in the salad bowl.

GROWING AND HARVESTING TIPS

Plant Red Cloud Tatsoi anywhere on your farm. It’s a cut-and-come-again cultivar, which means you can harvest its leaves and it’ll keep making more. At different stages of growth you'll notice subtle differences in tenderness and flavor. At about 5", the leaves are ideal for salads and eating raw. If you let them grow to 7-9" you can harvest them as a whole bunch and they’ll be sturdy enough for stir-frying, braising, or sauteing.
