Your Simple Plant Care Rhythm
Keeping plants healthy only takes a few small habits.

Consistency matters more than perfection.
Hang Sticky Cards (Indoor Farmstands)
Sticky cards help monitor and reduce unwanted indoor debris before it becomes an issue.
How to place them:
- Hang one card on every other level of your Farmstand
- Loosely attach cards to grow lights using the green twist ties
- Remove the paper backing once in place
Replace cards every 3 months or sooner if they become full.
Mix Your Plant Defense Elixir
In the 10 oz spray bottle, combine:
- ½ capful Arber Organic Insecticide
- 1 teaspoon Oregon Double Mint Castile Soap
- 2 tablespoons 6% Hydrogen Peroxide
Fill the rest of the bottle with cool water, then shake well.
Important:
Always mix a fresh bottle before spraying. Avoid using Arber Fungicide within 24 hours before or after applying the Elixir.
Monthly Application
Spray plants every 3–4 weeks, lightly coating both the tops and undersides of leaves.
Miss a spray? No stress. Just resume your regular rhythm.
Indoor plants
- Spray at night with lights off
- Keep lights off for about 5 hours after spraying
Outdoor plants

Spot It, Spray It
While harvesting, take a quick look at your plants.
If you notice any damage, debris, or residue, spray the affected leaves immediately.
If needed:
- Repeat after 5 days
- Continue every 5 days until the issue resolves
Before Adding New Seedlings
Day 0
- Harvest and prune existing plants on your Farmstand
- Lightly spray remaining leaves with Plant Defense Elixir
This quick reset helps create the best environment for new seedlings.
Treating New Seedlings
Day 1
Mist seedlings with cool water and leave the clamshells open overnight.
Day 2
Spray 6–8 pumps of Plant Defense Elixir per clamshell.
Allow seedlings to dry, then transplant them into your Farmstand.
Resume your monthly spray routine once plants are growing.
