What should I do if I’m having trouble logging into my Lettuce Grow account?

If you’re experiencing issues logging in, please try the steps below:

For the Lettuce Grow App and Website:

  • Use the email address you registered with your account and Farmstand.

  • Instead of a password, you’ll be prompted to enter a one-time authentication code.

  • This code will be sent to your email address.

  • Enter the code and select Log In.”

If you’re not receiving the code:

  • Check your spam or junk folder.

  • Make sure you’re using the correct email address associated with your account.
