Counterstand Set & Glow Lamp Return Policy
If your Counterstand Set or Glow Lamp isn’t working as expected or if there’s an issue with your order, please contact our Customer Support team through the Contact Us page first. Our team will help troubleshoot and, when applicable, send replacement parts so you can try again.

Counterstand Sets and Glow Lamps may be returned within 60 days of the delivery date.

Items must be returned in their original condition and will undergo a brief quality inspection upon receipt.

Return shipping costs are not covered by Lettuce Grow. You may ship the item back using the carrier of your choice.

If the Set or Glow Lamp is not returned in good condition, we will be unable to issue a refund.

We strongly recommend packaging the return the same way it was originally shipped to prevent damage.
