What Happened to Grow Packs and Annual Bundles?
Lettuce Grow Membership has replaced Grow Packs and Annual Bundles as our primary savings program.
If you currently have Grow Pack or Annual Bundle credits, you do not lose them. Existing credits remain available for use according to their original terms.
I Have Grow Pack or Annual Bundle Credits. Do They Still Work?
Yes.
You can use your existing credits on any Starter Plant order containing 6 or more plants.
For Starter Plant packs of 12 or more plants, you'll continue to receive the $2.99 per plant rate that Grow Packs and Annual Bundles were originally designed around.
Do My Credits Expire?
Yes, but only according to their original expiration date.
The transition to Starter Plants and Membership does not change your credit expiration date.
How Do I Use My Credits?
Using your credits is simple:
- Select 6 or more Starter Plants.
- Add your plants to your cart.
- Your eligible Grow Pack or Annual Bundle credits will be applied during checkout.
To continue receiving the $2.99 per plant rate, select 12 or more Starter Plants in your order.
Why Is the $2.99 Rate Only Available on Orders of 12 or More Plants?
Grow Packs and Annual Bundles were originally designed around orders of 12 plants or more.
Maintaining the 12-plant threshold helps preserve the $2.99 per plant pricing structure while supporting the costs of growing and shipping live plants.
Can I Use My Credits on Fewer Than 12 Plants?
Yes.
Credits can be applied to any Starter Plant order containing 6 or more plants.
Orders containing 6β11 plants are still eligible for credit redemption, but the effective cost per plant will be higher than the $2.99 rate available on orders of 12 or more plants.
Can I Get a Refund for Unused Credits?
Refund requests for unused Grow Pack or Annual Bundle credits are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

What Happens to My Annual Bundle Seasonal Shipments?
Annual Bundles now function similarly to Grow Pack credits.
Any remaining Annual Bundle balance can be used toward Starter Plant orders of 6 or more plants, with the $2.99 per plant rate available on orders of 12 or more plants.
Can I Use My Credits and Be a Member?
Yes.
Existing Grow Pack or Annual Bundle credits can be used whether or not you enroll in a Lettuce Grow Membership.
Membership benefits and existing credit balances work independently of one another.
Why Are Grow Packs Going Away?
We're shifting toward fuller, less frequent Starter Plant orders and a membership-based model that provides benefits throughout the year.
Membership offers ongoing value, including:
- 3 bonus Starter Plants on every qualifying order of 6 or more plants

- Additional member-exclusive benefits depending on plan level
