Fireside Tea Blend ⛨ - Lettuce Grow

Cozy, spiced, and warming

IMMUNITY ⛨ · COUNTERSTAND-FRIENDLY · READY IN 7 WEEKS

Your garden makes tea now. Snip a small handful of herbs, steep them fresh, and sip something no tea bag can touch. Fresh herbs brew brighter and more aromatic, with flavor straight from the garden.

The Blend

2 parts Thai basil · 1 part holy basil · 1 part orange thyme

We measure in parts so the blend scales with you. Whether you’re making one mug or a full pot, just keep the same ratio—the exact amounts for one 14 oz brew are below.

Thai basil sets the base with anise-like spice, holy basil adds clove and subtle peppery warmth, and orange thyme finishes with a bright citrus note.

Ingredients

  • 5 tsp Thai basil leaves and tender tops
  • 2½ tsp holy basil
  • 2½ tsp orange thyme sprigs

Instructions

How to Brew

SNIP
Harvest the herbs and roughly tear or chop the leaves to release their aromatic oils.

STEEP
Add herbs to your infuser and pour in water at a full boil. Cover and steep for 6–8 minutes for full spice.

SIP
Strain and enjoy warm.

In the Cup

Anise and clove-like spice wrapped in citrus warmth—chai energy, no chai spices.

Good for Your Plants

Both basils are pruning-required varieties, so snipping them regularly for tea helps keep them productive.
