CALM & SLEEP ☾ · COUNTERSTAND-FRIENDLY · READY IN 6 WEEKS

Your garden makes tea now. Snip a small handful of herbs, steep them fresh, and sip something no tea bag can touch. Fresh herbs brew brighter and more aromatic, with flavor straight from the garden.

The Blend

2 parts holy basil · 2 parts lemon balm · 1 part dandelion

We measure in parts so the blend scales with you. Whether you’re making one mug or a full pot, just keep the same ratio—the exact amounts for one 14 oz brew are below.

Holy basil brings warmth and gentle spice, lemon balm balances it with a cool citrus note, and dandelion adds an earthy, slightly bitter finish.

Featured Seedlings

Ingredients

4 tsp holy basil
4 tsp lemon balm
2 tsp dandelion leaves and tender flowering tops

Instructions

How to Brew

SNIP
Harvest the herbs and roughly tear or chop the leaves to release their aromatic oils.

STEEP
Add herbs to your infuser and pour in water just off the boil. Cover and steep for 5–7 minutes.

SIP
Strain and enjoy warm.

In the Cup

Softly spiced and floral, with an earthy edge.

Good for Your Plants

All three herbs benefit from regular pruning, so harvesting this blend doubles as plant maintenance.

Love the tea blends! I just wanted to clarify which ones were specifically caffeine-free. Two blends note this, but the others do not, so I was wanting to know! Thank you!!! 😊
