Rainbow Swiss Chard

Rainbow chard has lightly savoyed green leaves with beautifully colored stems in shades of red, orange, pink, purple, yellow, and white. Tender leaves grow upright in dense rosettes, with an earthy flavor and tangy notes common to these types of hardy, dark leafy greens. With a consistent growth rate and strong resistance to bolting, leaves are most tender and succulent when young but remain mild and tasty even when large.
