    Cauliflower and Cabbage

    Bought the romanesco cauliflower and cabbage about a month ago and planted them in my raised bed in AZ and they are flourishing.

    I was so impressed with the growth that I ordered a couple baby lettuce seedlings recently.

    Overall new seedlings 🌱

    I'm 3 weeks into seedlings being planted in south florida awaiting for seasonal change but so far everything is doing well.

    Beginning of November I'm going to Epcot to see the Space 220 attraction. You take a simulated ride on an elevator to the international space station and walk through a hydroponic tunnel of greens revolving and growing into an upscale path to a restaurant with the earth, moon and stars with astronauts doing space walks. Maybe I may learn something. Youtube has a review of the attraction. Reservations are hard to get.

    Experiment

    I recently ordered my vegetables and this time we ordered cauliflower and broccoli. So for they are doing great, can’t wait to see how they come out and also I have the farmstand in the house.
