It grows really well at the top of the stand. I love to harvest and saute it (stems and leaves) and toss it with quinoa and feta. I'm always surprised how much grows out of one pod.

Butter lettuce is great for salads, wraps, larb, and more. It doesn't hurt that it looks really nice as it grows on the farmstand. We always get 2 heads for our lettuce grow.

I use green onion all the time - it's a great way to add some greenery to any meal. I just cut what I need and it continues to produce. I usually get two seedlings of green onion because I use it so often.
