Harvesting tips

This bunching type is grown mostly for its green stalk -  prune yellow skins by pulling up and away from plant. The green stalks can grow to quarter-sized diameter, but they can be harvested any time by cutting individual stalks 1-2"" from base of plant (the plants will re-grow).
Grow and harvest stalks until root base is too large for port and begins to dig into sides.

Since I don’t eat onion, I gifted this to a neighbor. I have seen it thrive!

    Very disappointing

These are either growing so slow or they don't grow at all in the counterstand. Frustrating that I couldn't pick my seedlings and had to choose the group. What a waste of money since I only have the 3 containers.
