The indoor grow sleeves work great in my indoor Lettuce Grow Farmstand. The plants grow well in them, and they make regular clean up much easier.

I've used these with the plant ID cups ever since they've been offered as an upgrade to the old version, and they hold on to the growth medium really well and keep the growing plants very steady in the Farmstand.

I just started using the grow sleeves because I wanted to see if they would help keep the interior of my lettuce grow cleaner and also to prevent the roots on higher level plants from blocking the water flow on lower level plants. So far this seems to be working for keeping the roots contained. I tried these sleeves with the original lettuce grow cups, but they don't fit, so you do need the new cups to use these sleeves.
