Harvesting tips

The more you harvest, the more they will grow - remember to pick peppers to spur continuous growth. Pepper plants will stand up to vigorous pruning - they’ll grow tall unless the tops of the branches are clipped when the plant reaches a height of around 15". Peppers will ripen into red, orange, and yellow, but they can be harvested when still green for a more piquant flavor.
