    Terrible

    Would work one day, then the next it would be removed from the app, the it would be reinstalled only to malfunction the following day. All my plants died. Customer service took over a week before they even sent out a new timer. Trying to reach customer service is a nightmare—send them an email, then wait 24-28 hours to hear back, then reiterate everything over and over again because they don’t bother to read your previous emails. What a pain. Not worth the effort.
