Harvesting tips

Begin harvesting leaves when the diameter of the plant reaches 5-6 inches. A small handful of leaves is usually sufficient for one dish. Continue to harvest leavees as the plant blooms and harvest the yellow edible flowers as they appear.

When grown indoors, Wasabi Arugula should be fully harvested earlier (around 3 weeks of growing) to avoid bolting.
