scarlet cherry tomatoes

green onions, chopped on a diagonal

pink peppercorns, crushed

olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
To make the adobo vinaigrette: In a bowl, whisk together until combined olive oil, calamansi vinegar, tamari, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
In a cast-iron skillet, heat up oil on high. Add in green beans and brown them for about 4 minutes on all sides. Constantly turning them with tongs. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Transfer the green beans into a shallow serving bowl.
Step 4
In the same cast-iron skillet, blister the scarlet cherry tomatoes, for about 3 - 5 minutes. Transfer the tomatoes on top of the green beans.
Step 5
Drizzle the adobo vinaigrette over the green beans and tomatoes.
Step 6
Sprinkle crushed pink peppercorns and garnish with green onions.
Step 7
Serve!
