Just say no to sugary cocktails this NYE! Elevate your libation by using fresh Farmstand celery juice paired with vodka (or leave out for an extra refreshing mocktail). Rich in vitamins, minerals and a high water content, this veggie is the perfect way to help balance out our holiday indulgences. Bottoms up!

INGREDIENTS

6 ounces

ginger beer

2 ounces

vodka (can also substitute with sparkling water)

2

celery rib (or 2 ounces celery juice)

6 sprigs

cilantro

3

viola or dianthus flowers

2 c

ice

INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1

Juice the celery ribs to give you 2 oz of celery juice. 

Step 2

Chop half of the cilantro and leave the rest for garnish.

Step 3

Using a cocktail shaker, combine the chopped cilantro, celery juice, vodka, and ice and shake for 1 minute.

Step 4

Fill the mule cup with ice, pour the cocktail over the ice, and top with ginger beer.

Step 5

Garnish with the remaining cilantro sprigs and edible flowers.
