We offer fast, reliable shipping across the United Kingdom*, with delivery timelines that vary by product type. Below is a breakdown of what to expect.

How do I get free shipping?
We offer free shipping for the Farmstand Nook and all seedling orders. For supplies and accessories, orders over £25 will ship for free.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after being placed. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: All orders begin processing immediately upon being placed. We are unable to edit or cancel an order after it has been placed.
Seedling Shipping
Once you receive your Farmstand, you can redeem your live seedlings here. Seedlings are shipped directly from our farms Mondays through Wednesday and will arrive in 1-2 calendar days.
Accessories & Supplies Shipping
Accessories and supplies ship separately from Farmstands and seedlings.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to weather, carrier delays, or peak demand periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order is processed and shipped (typically 1-2 business days), you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your delivery progress. You can also track your order here.
Canceling or Modifying an Order
All orders begin fulfillment immediately upon being placed. We are unable to edit or cancel an order after it has been placed.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery costs to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
