How do I get free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all Farmstand and Counterstand Sets. For seedlings, order 3 seedlings or more to get free shipping. For accessories and supplies, we offer free shipping for orders over $50.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after being placed. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: All orders begin processing immediately upon being placed. We are unable to edit or cancel an order after it has been placed.
Seedling Pricing & Shipping
We’ve structured seedling pricing and shipping to be simple, transparent, and cost-effective.

This structure allows us to keep seedling pricing as affordable as possible while ensuring plants arrive healthy and on time.
Once you receive your Farmstand, you can redeem your live seedlings here. Seedlings are shipped directly from our farms Mondays through Wednesday and will arrive in 1-2 calendar days.
*Please note: We do not ship seedlings to Puerto Rico, U.S. Outlying Territories, military APO addresses, or Canada.
Accessories & Supplies Shipping
Accessories and supplies ship separately from Farmstands and seedlings.

Order Tracking
Once your order is processed and shipped (typically 1-2 business days), you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your delivery progress. You can also track your order here.
Your order may have multiple tracking numbers as it may ship in multiple packages.
Please note: If your FedEx or USPS tracking shows ‘label created, not yet in system,’ this does not mean your package is not on the way. Once fulfilled, your package may go several days without a scan, which is normal. For the most accurate shipping estimates, please check directly with FedEx or USPS.
Canceling or Modifying an Order
All orders begin fulfillment immediately upon being placed. We are unable to edit or cancel an order after it has been placed.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery costs to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
